Imoda Marketing announced today that the release of Stage 2 at the exciting new Parkside Green development at Bracken Ridge (Lots 26-34) has been brought forward due to unprecedented demand.

According to Craig Ferguson from Imoda Marketing "After Stage 1 (Lots 35-40) sold out in the construction phase we decided to move release of Stage 2 forward to meet the markets demands".

"Buyers are looking for quality, functionality, lifestyle and most importantly affordablity and Stage 2 at Parkside Green meets all these with prices ranging from $378,880 to $398,880"

Stage 1 (Lots 35-40) is on target for construction to be completed by 4th September.

Stage 1 is due for titles to be issued in early September allowing the new owners to move in shortly after.
