WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE A HOUSE AT PARKSIDE GREEN?
A $1,000 initial deposit is required to secure a house. A contract will be issued which you must sign and return with the balance of 10% deposit within 14 days. The initial transfer can be paid by cash, cheque or electronic transfer or AAA rated bank guarantee.
WHEN IS THE SETTLEMENT OF MY HOUSE?
Settlement is generally 14 days after practical completion. If the houses have been completed, settlement is generally 30 days from the date of contract.
WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE AT PARKSIDE GREEN?
These prices will never again be repeated in this area, plus, for a limited time first home owners can qualify for the $21,000 First Home Owners Grant and not have to pay stamp duty as the houses are under $500,000.
ARE THERE MANY FACILITIES CLOSE BY?
The area is well serviced with a number of schools in Bracken Ridge (two state primary schools and a Catholic primary school) and the surrounding suburbs catering to both primary and secondary school children.
The suburb is also home to North Point Institute of TAFE and has easy access to the Carseldine campus of the Queensland University of Technology.
Recreational facilities in the local area include the Bill Brown Cricket Ground, a number of parks, along with cycle and walk ways. Cross the Gateway Motorway and you’ll find yourself in the Deagon Wetlands. Head just a little further east and there is the fishing and boating fun of Moreton Bay and Sandgate.
Public transport in the area is also good with regular bus routes supplemented by easy access to the Bruce Hwy and the Gateway Motorway. Using the Gateway arterial, Brisbane Airport is only a 15 minute drive.
Large retail chains and supermarkets are available at Westfield Toombul and Chermside, both of which are easily accessible by public transport or major roadways. The larger centres are complemented by local shopping villages.

The houses in Stage 1 will be completed in September 2009. The houses in Stage 2 are scheduled for completi on by March/April 2010.
CAN I BUILD THIS HOUSE ON MY OWN LAND?
No, these houses have been specifically designed for Parkside Green.
